I perfectly agree with Olga,

your "lady" says that she wants to meet you and doesn't even find the time to go to a cybercafé?? That is a scammer.

"Time is a created thing. To say I don't have time is like saying I don't want to." The good old philosophers knew what they're talking about. If she were true, honest and genuine, she would make every effort to see and speak with you, also on her own accord. Apparently she only reacts to your iniatitive when you offer the prospects of monetary advantages.

Just in case:

If you want to trap her, then ask her "how much" she wants or considers necessary to cover her expenses. A passport, including all the documentation and necessary fees to be covered (including bribes in the sieged areas - sad but true) amount to about USD 65.

Usually these scammers want 100-150 bucks for a passport alone and then tell you some garbage story about insurance, travel expenses, safe car rides (or taxi) and the final sum is someone around $500. That would reveal her true face.
