- How would you describe yourself?
- I’m usually reading something when I’m not working, and I travel whenever I can. I’ve been to a lot of places over the last few years, and it’s changed how I see the world and the kinds of people I connect with.
I’m originally from Ohio. These days my work keeps me between Alabama and Washington, DC, with some travel mixed in. I work in public affairs, mostly around international and cultural issues, which suits me well.
I like learning languages and spending time around people who are curious about the world. I value calm, thoughtful conversation and a sense of direction more than noise or drama.
I have two kids who are now at university, both studying history, which I’m genuinely proud of. Life feels settled but still open, and I’m interested in seeing where the right connection could lead.
I’m not big on endless texting. I’d rather have a real conversation early on, even if it’s just a short video call to see if we connect. - How would you describe your ideal partner?
- I’m like women who are well read and curious about the world, whether that comes from formal education or life experience. Family matters to me, so it’s important that she’s comfortable around my kids.
