Upgrade membership

Hello, I am from the USA and having difficulty to upgrade my membership. None of the payment options work for me. I have sent several emails to the administration with no response. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I`m from Europe so have no experience in your area. You can only Upgrade by paying with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). It is possible (but I`m not sure) , that there are restrictions with some credit cards.To make payments. Not sure to where the payment is going to. That the administration is not answering your mails , well I can`t give an explanation. But good luck , anyway ...
