Personally I liked his song "Gute Nacht Freunde".

Very real and a bit sentimental ...
I believe that I have this (vinyl) record ...

They are stored in boxes - but one of these days I will go through my collection again -

And take some of them for a spin ...

Ooo boy , that will be fun ...

One of my ways to learn a language is to listen to good things. I remember words better  . I found a love song yesterday.

Я восхищаюсь людьми, которые легко танцуют, где им хорошо, они расслабляются, роются и весело танцуют! Я очень общительный, но когда дело касается танцев, мне стыдно, я танцую только под медленную музыку (обнял)

Cool friend! I also prefer foreign songs, preferably American Pop, I like old songs, especially romantic and dancing ones. As for Brazilian music, I only enjoy the old 90s, 80s, 70s and 60s!

Ok , so we are on the same waves - musical waves , that is ???

However , if you really want to have a Slavic wife , I suggest that you try to buy some LP's/ CD's of Russian music

I have several LP's of Russian men choirs -
Yes , I know , it is a different thing ...

And I have listened to them all in full - all the 2 sides ...

I believe that they are from different men choirs ...

And Russian Kozac music ...
So , are you prepared for a Slavic wife .... ??

Milton ,

Another suggestion - I understand you saying that you only like slow dancing.

I agree that it is good and nice sometimes ...

However I believe that Slavic women like to dance disco and pop music as well.

Just as they like the Latin dances - like salsa , merengue , maybe also reggeaton and kizomba ...

So , practicing on your uptempo dance is not a bad idea ...

I know , I have seen Slavic women dance at a dance club ...

So , you probably wil have no problems with salsa and merengue ...

Which is a good thing ...

Yes , many , many good songs were made in these years.
And many fabulous artists did bring joy to many people around the world ...

So , music is just of all ages and of all times ...

It is a Universal language and sometimes also in LOVE ...

Lena for you , some of my favourite love songs.

Some of my favourite Romantic Love Ballads

From Doowhapp to Pop
From Soul music to French chanson
From Melancholy to Sentimental

Like I mentioned some time ago , here are some of the love songs that I
personally like. The list is far from complete , because there are just tooo many songs that I like and love.So , here we go ....

1 - Let us make love one more time - as if it is the first time
Then we can tell each other goodbye - because the love has gone
"Avant de nous dire adieu" (Before we tell each other goodbye)-
Jeane Manson (French text) - 1976 (C)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnPiP-C1tkc

2 - Lord , ain't got no time to lose - I got to find that man
And make him understand - if he'll come back to me
(I've got) "No time to lose" - Carla Thomas - 1964 (C)

I can't remember how many times I have danced to this song , at the house parties of my aunt.

`
This is just a Soul Classic ...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTzvfVSHHpg

3 - Come with me , my love - to the sea , the sea of love
I want to tell you - just how much I love you
"Sea of love" - Phil Philips & the Twilights - 1959 (C)

Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin was a member of the Honeydrippers - they covered this song in 1984

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrkNRcyvtF4

4 - Feeling like holding you - and then white wine ,flowers and old songs
And if by mistake , I close my eyes and think of you ... Will that make you return to me ... ??
Damn this springtime - it will come back to haunt us
"Maledetta primavera" (Damn the Springtime) - Loretta Goggi (Italian text) - 1981 - (C)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Drw9VnHwjH4

5 - If I write to you this letter - it is that tonight I feel alone without you
I love you , I love you - I will always love you
"La lettre" (The letter) - Marc Aryan (French text) - 1973 -(C)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5v_3ci5rbE

6 - Chanson d'amour - rataratara , Play encore
Here in my heart - rataratara - More and more
(Song of love) - "Chanson d'amour" - the Manhattan Transfer - 1976 (C)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Q9MTJokc4A

7 - I can still see the train leave and you
Dry that tear - I will come back
"Tornero" (I will be back) - I Santo California (Italian text) - 1974 - (C)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rhtCYgecN0

8 - Because I love - All day I think of you
You fill my mind full of dreams - Because I love
"Because I love" - the Majority One - 1971 - (C)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XX_SCUcIhJo

9 - Love me , please love me - I am crazy about you
But I fear that you will always make fun - of my love for you
"Love me , please love me" - Michel Polnareff (French text) - 1966 - (C)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_SF3cSsC5y4

10 - (the Isle of) Wight is Wight - (Bob) Dylan is Dylan
Wight is Wight - Long live Donovan
"(the Isle of) Wight is Wight" - Michel Delpech - 1969 - (C)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2e6cbZhisCU&list=RD2e6cbZhisCU&start_radio=1

I have this record 47 years - and all this time I thought that he was singing about(something in) the snow ... ???? Boy , was I wrong !!!

Yes , Google translate is great ...
Don't know how I came to think that - White is White ??? Hhhmmm ....

But since 5 weeks I know that it is an ode to the Festival on the Isle of Wight.
It is an ode to the island , the festival , the artists that performed there , and the
people who visited the event - the Hippies - Hippies ...

According to Wikipedia the festival took place , 2 weeks after the famous Woodstock Festival in 1969.Many of the artists who were at Woodstock also showed up on the Isle of Wight ...

Bob Dylan (USA) and Donovan (UK) were famous protest singer/songwriters in these days...

Remember the Flower Power Years - Make Love not War ... And wear a flower in your hair

.... love and peace for everyone ...
