To start with the short answer.No , I don't believe that there is 1 person , who may be able to tell you , how to find a decent man.

People may give you suggestions , but in the end , it will all come down , to what YOU (as a woman) , believe /perceive what the criteria must/should/could/would be for a decent man.

What would be a decent man for 1 woman can be a loser for another female.So , at what point will a man start to move up in the lady's criteria list ???

The other issue is , that with online dating , you only have the info that is written in the man's profile.Can you tell from that text , if this man will fit in your vieuws ???

Even when you have daily video chats on Viber/Whatsapp you will not know if he is complying wit ALL your items on your wish list.

So , you need to meet him in person , but even that will not give a conclusive answer immediately.

I do not think that is to difficult. But as in real life there is always a lot of men with the wrong intentions. It should be pretty easy too look trough them thoug. Remember, even if you feel being a single mom is a problem in your country, in many other countries a man would never look down on you being in that situation, rather quite the opposite.
