Tetyana,, totally agree.. but it seems women dont have this objective when they are young and pretty.. they just adjust it all as they get older and not as pretty anymore.. so expect the man to adjust then.. and they complain about equality ... really !

Doug it is his post here.. you should just let the women answer the question... if you want to gain favour with the women on this post.. why not try to write to them instead ... just a thought..

@ all the ladies that felt offended by my critique of the "skinny trends" in the West ---------:
Fist of all, I don't care too much about slim or "Несколько лишних килограммов" - that fact can not defina a human being and it's qualities. On the other hand, it is not deniable, that adipositas, as well as anorexia are ill states of the body. Therefore they also make the soul and mind a kind of sick. An example: there are probably more women in the world who are trying with utmost pressure to loose weight. Diets, extensive sports, even smoking... Are they happy and confident? No. The same with overweight people (a lot of men in that group), who are feeling guilty all the time because of not fitting the common ideal of being slim. That was my point..))

Я так думаю,если дело в росте,то лучше сказать правду-это сразу вскроется и если женщина не против,то врать не имеет смысла,а если против,то сразу уйдет, просто будет пустая трата времени.

Good question why women lie about weight!!! But for foreign men that enter “Russian market of fiancées” it needs to know our history and our mental. Along the Russia exists, our canons of beauty were very simple-the more woman is fat the more woman is beautiful!!! And, by the way, our men also like women with some “fat”. It means that man has an ability to hold smth in his hands, more than skin and bones. For them its very sexy.So it is in brains!!! And if woman writes that she is slender in her 160/70 it means only that she feels so inside, it means that many men told her about it and she started to think so seriously. Pls don’t be angry with Russian women, not all of them really lie specially!

I agree with you, Boris. Human qualities are not dependent on body weight. But no wonder, perhaps, say that people full сonstitution is very kind and merry, and people of fine physique often angry and irritable.)))
Each of us has his own unique body shape, thus, meet certain standards, just stop being yourself.
Sometimes weight loss women, it loses its peculiarity.
Everything must be balanced, however, people need to feel comfortable and be able harmony of body and soul.

I think women lie about their weight for the same reason that men lie about their age.

Yes but lie about age is not so serious as lie about weight..age is so different with all people... but like some other people say here .. at least on Skype or emails you can really see them,, before you spend so much time and money.. But lets all agree.. Slavic women are Solid bodies.. after 40 yrs old.. Simple.... Yes not all.. but i think more than 65% .. yes its a choice of certain men who want this.. but if a woman lie about her physical body... what else does she lie about ???

Why do women lie about their weight ... and age? Why do men lie about their height and ... age? I don't know the answer. My profile is true.
My height is 150cm, weight - 52kg. When I was young, I went in for parachuting and I was realy skinny (45kg). Each jump minus 3kg. It was awful! I had problems with buying clothes. When I gave up jumping, I put some weight but still looked like a teenager. At the age of 45, I naturally put some weight again and it stopped at the number of 52kg. All men, who know me, say 'Oh, now you look like a woman!' I just want to say that this issue is extremely individual.
I don't go to the gym but I do yoga half an hour each day. The exercises help me to support my spine, I'm able to twist with ease, I have flexible joints. I eat all things i like but do not overeat, I don't drink alcohol or fizzy drinks. I do not smoke.
I enjoy life!

А меня один английский пуританин наоборот, просвещал по поводу своих размеров. Подходят ли мне его "-дцать" сантиметров, или нет? Так достал, что пришлось "гарбуза" выкатывать, да и не верила я ТАКОМУ счастью. А тут говорят - попробовать и купить... Мне не хочется что-то пробовать и пробовать...

Oh! Sorry, I've noticed that I was mistaken. I've mixed numbers - my height is not 150 but 160cm! But in my profile it is correct. Well, it can be the answer to your question, Ralgor, - people just misspell their data in their profiles!!! ha-ha!

My god Jeff, what are you talking about!!!! Men want to get photos of woman in the way they want: to see perfectly her physical abilities, to measure even by eyes her figure, breast, hips, waist .. But what women can see? Nothing!!! We can measure nothing by eyes unfortunately…All is closed by clothes…And when meeting comes (by the way women also pay money and find a time for it) do you know how many disappointed women??? I m sure that you don’t know!!! Cause you are a man and can speak only about your own life experience. And never woman will blame man that he lied about his physical body before. Cause its not honest!!! He has what he has and he is not guilty that woman doesn’t like it. She/he just need another persons. That’s all. Always risk of course for both.

Me too))).Weight can be changed,but person hardly can change his age.
