Serious man or serious relationship?

I congratulate everyone on Valentine's Day.
I will have some questions .
1-Who can we put on the most serious male character,
a) Stalin (I have never heard of joking at the Communist party congress)

b) Hitler (He did not joke or joke in any of his speeches)

c) Erdogan (Can't find time to tell jokes from lying)
d) Steve Jobs (I saw him joking on the I phone promotion)
e) Jeff Bezos (said to joke at meetings with Amazon partners)
Middle-age Russian ladies often say they are looking for serious men. As I understand it, they mean successful businessmen in suits. But I don't think any of them have Stalin in their dreams. Isn't that a contradiction?
Can a man be serious when needed and can joke when needed?
Don't they think that the ability of humor requires intelligence?
What can serious men do in the relationship?
Can't she have a serious relationship with men with humor?
Please let some ladies write why they chose Stalin.

Photo gives a subjective idea of a person. But it can also tell a lot about a person, including his character. Have you heard of such a physiognomy science that determines facial features of a person by facial features?
I already answered earlier that an objective assessment of the seriousness of a man (if it is a man) can be obtained only in the process of communication.

Путин-серьезный мужчина,который может пошутить когда это уместно и быть серьёзным когда требуют обстоятельства.
