Erwin, tattoos and piercings are not dependent on the location or residence .. it does not depend on age or social status .. it just need to love, to be a fan of this! I know a lot of people in Russia who has tattoos and piercings, who loves these things, and I also know a lot of people in Europe who hate tattoos or any piercings on a woman's body or a man...
I did a first piercings on my eyebrow, many years ago, now regret it .. I want a tattoo, but still indecisive on such a serious act, despite the fact that the sketch tattoos have long been ready!

Я никогда не сделаю пирсинг или татуировку.
Для меня это уродование своего тела. Сексуальной можно быть и без этого.

Но только в том случае, если стиль вашей женщины соответствующий всегда))))
Например, я почти всегда ношу офисный стиль: строгие рубашки и узкая юбка по колено... как при этом будет выглядеть на мне тату???? Например на шее... Или когда ты одеваешь строгое коктейльное платье и на тебе татуировка.... это никуда не годиться! Даже несмотря на то, что это бывает действительно красиво!

I find this while tattoo business merely irritating and far from attractive.
Nowadays people (of all ages, genders and cultures) copy anything that's cool - or whatever they think is cool onto their skin.
Football players look like advertising wallpapers these days. Their personalities are reduced to whatever they print onto their limbs (or elsewhere).
As for women, I find it far more deterring than attractive (let alone enticing or 'sexy'), but tastes certainly differ.
