The spirit of sectarianism coming out of your replay which is totally inappropriate.
When you have set of goals for yourself , your mistakes would be minimal . And one should not base on the fact that he/she have more time to spend on earth then fail to pay attention to the most import things in live.The quality of our lives depends on our environment and people we associate with. At 27 , we should be able to tell where we are going to be at 35, 40 and 45 ... but all depends on our plans and focus .
I don't no when the truth and questions become "sectarianism" . Please look around Russia or your vicinity then you will understand that most people have been corned in one way or the other to do things against their wishes . This is because they are not welled developed and lack the ability to take decision .

I didn't know that most people entitled you to speak for them on the subject of their wishes, growth and abilities.. are you a qualified enough person over the issues? Are you a certified coach? No? It figures.
I am a qualified motivational speaker, writer and life coach as I can identify emotional and psychological problems and provide solution .
Aside from that , being intelligent is not a grantee receipt to understand life and the reason why things happen the way they do ... You need a fore eyes and should be able to forecast ... Our intelligence would not provide such an insight unless put to practice ...

The lack of proper education and practice are poor reasoning, sorry.
You are getting it but improper education is as a result of bad environment and it takes encouragement to become in a good environment . Bad environment corrupt mind which led to misconduct . But when you understand where you want to be , you set your goals towards it ... If not , you will be mislead and finally become undeveloped.
Ok , so , because you are a qualified speaker , writer and life coach , you feel that it is necessary , to come here and lecture us , about how we must think , feel , work and relate (to each other or to our manager)?
That we should be telling our friends and relatives , that they are not making the right choices and that their lives would be better , if they were able to "see" things with a sharp mind and must have life - experience.
I really put questions to this ...
And you are not trying to practise here , to get some results , from people's replies or to make some advertisement for your business ??

Anyways, This is a public place and I find it interesting to post ideas even when not asked for it . you can never tell who this post might help . you can never tell of those that have been in the wrong place but dying in silent because they can not stand and say "No! then walk away... my post is for free and nobody is under any obligation to stick to my ideas or opinion ... " as we chose our career, so we chose what to read and put into practice " . So it is not necessary for everyone who read my article or post to adhered to it but at the same time it is important.
Furthermore, it is an awareness of what happens around us ... We don't have to directly tell our relations how to live but we can at the same time offer advise.

So , your post isn't exactly a revelation.And I'm not going to offer advice , in a situation , where all is good and healthy , when not asked for.
Sure , you can or should warn friends /relatives , when they are in a somewhat bad situation.
But that is a different thing than to try to lecture them ...
My opinions are for those who understands and it is not a must for one to adhered to them . it is not also the only truth rather it is my own truth and it would become the truth of whomsoever that understand and practice it.
In this life , change is constant . leaders of tomorrow would need to change .
If I advise children at home and in the street , that means I am supporting change ... If I impact a good moral to the children , they would be a better leader tomorrow and would not fire workers with a text .
We already knew that these world is a mess generated by some unthought element but we can always keep doing good to make it a better place .

In this I fully agree with you 100%.But let's not forget , that it is because of the same changes , that this world has become , what it is today.
It is because of this shift in moral and social behaviour , that your boss can fire you , with just a simple sms.
The leaders of today , were once also adapting to changes in our society.I give 1 example.
We -the world _ did give a Nobel prize , to a woman , who was living in exile and later put under house arrest.
Now she is the leader in her country , and well , you know what happened.There is murder , rape and ethnic cleansing.
And she never did act or spoke about it.You would expect that someone with a Nobel prize , would stand up , for peace , justice and protecting the weak.
Do you really feel , that the leaders of today , have changed in the right direction ..?
Sure , we must teach and learn our children well.
What the difference is , between good and bad.And that it not Always is a good thing , to be a career man/woman , at the cost of everything or a person.
Be true to your principles (it can be difficult in some situations)
But when you have teached them well , it will not be a problem for them.
