maybe it's possible but your girl need go to agency and ask all your question. She can send to you the adress agency and phone number. About transfer money yes it's possible. Try your girl will ask the details account for agency.

If your girlfriend come from Ukraine, you cant arrange it by travel agency, because they have an account in ukrainian currency only.

не знаю про евро,но фунты не лягут на счёт,только рубли. В любом случае,если валюта не пройдёт- он не сможет переслать.
