Мне кажется, женщины из постсоветских стран вообще не думают о бразильских мужчинах в качестве спутников жизни (ну или очень мало). Причин много -  слишком далеко, мало информации, невысокий уровень жизни в стране и т.д. (Это мое мнение и оно может не совпадать с другими).

I think all the same as for men in other countries ..
Men are the same everywhere, but strange why they look so far if so many treasures there  

Does it matter...

women are women, some are going to find things about Brazilians they don't like, some will never consider a Brazilian, some will love them and others yet will want to get to know the person and rule them out based on what they're like not on what country they are from. You will get all types. It doesn't matter which country you're from, that same answer applies. 

О, Бразилия ......, красивая страна ...., но ОЧЕНЬ далеко .....
