The only advice I can give you is to be patient and understanding. I also find it awkward to send messages and receive no reply, BUT women (and men!) have multiple reasons to behave the way they do:

1) Pressure: their native language is NOT English. It's much easier to maintain 'small talk' (hi, hello, how are you) to a multitude of people than to get into deep(er) conversations. Most people come here to relax and seek easy conversations or even distraction.
If you confront them and start a conversation like this: "Hi there, I'm Ridvan, I'm looking for a wife. This is your lucky day, you seem like a suitable candidate. Let's meet and start a family. I want kids. How many do you want. We would have start soon, because my time is ticking away. Send me your measurements, so that I can start searching for a fitting wedding dress. Do you prefer gold or platinum rings. Write to me speedily, and convince me that you're serious too!" ... then your communication may end SOONER than it started.

2) the level of shyness: you're faced with a rather bad choice: rely on the translating services of google, yandex, multitran or work with your own language abilities. You can rocketfire messages by the second, I'm sure, but think about it this way:
the recipient
- reads (and tries to understand)
- translates (and needs to look up words)
- writes a reply (feels unhappy with it)
- double checks / asks someone to proofread it
- replies
All these take TIME.
Do you seriously expect grown up, adult women to say to you - as a complete stranger: "hey dude, hang on a minute, I'm struggling with the language!" - If you expect THAT, then you must be kidding!

3) there ARE gold diggers, surely! Especially in times of crisis, these creatures fly by like vultures and seek out the 'most profitable' - but with common sense and communication, you find out very soon: they don't reply to your messages in the slightest, but write 'parallel stories' that are entirely devoid of context and have nothing to do with what you write.
Easy check: whenever a lady makes a direct reference to what you write and asks questions about YOU, it is a positive sign (or a clever scammer).
Last but not least, there is a language barrier, and no matter how proficient you are or become, there will always be a point when communication gets tricky, difficult or even exhausting. The book of life is in this way similar to a real book: as long as it is quality material, you'll always find these few pages that require thinking harder, pondering and consideration.
Again, quality conversations and communication take TIME, patience, good will and a great deal of energy from the one who does NOT use their native language, i.e. the women with whom you have chosen to interact.

I don't know how you behave with women on the website. Personally I (and this is ONLY my personal impression!) I find you rather pushy - if not to say aggressive.
Always remember: Relationships are like farts: when you press too hard, they become shit.
