Ben, you know that I appreciate your contributions to this board very much. Particularly, I appreciate your dry sense of humor, borderline sarcasm, and your encyclopedic knowledge.

With all due respect, I do think you are being too harsh providing your feedback for the ladies. As someone who uses English as a second language in professional and academic settings, I am in awe of the ladies even attempting to express their perspective on such complex topics in English. In addition, take into account the difference in culture and mentality.
I believe we all should show more respect and cultural sensitivity towards each other.
