There are several reasons for that:
1) the website is largely based in Europe.
2) It is much easier for people to commute between Europe, Ukraine and Russia.
3) The cultures are more similar between the Orthodox world and the Western Churches.
4) The majority of men here are from Europe, so you would for mere mathematical reasons see more Europeans than Africans or Asians.
