Perhaps you can help me, I am trying to find out the hospital to find the blood to get treatment for Sumner(man x), oops, well , you know who he is now, but do you know the Russian laws on knowingly spreading such a horrible disease? Here in the USA the penalty is steep and fines are high plus jail time. I hurt thinking about this huge change in all of their lives now...sad...sad...sad
