I personally am not a fan of heels always on women. They look nice, but are terrible physically in many cases.
But to answer your question, I have always been more attracted to shorter women anyway, so there has not been a case of a girlfriend in heels taller than me. I do admit that I probably would not be interested in a woman over a certain height and not really sure why and more than why do I like green eyes best?
