I think you should be very carefully with this woman. In my experience, a woman (from here) never ask for money directly for the first meeting. Specially, if they don´t know you or only from letters. DON´T send any money to strange woman! You´ll lose this money and you´ll never see or meet this woman in real. Google is your friend (Subject SCAM).
If you´re really interested in this woman, ask her for a meeting in her Country. If she real, she will agree with this and will be happy to meet you there.

Don´t trust only in pictures and switch on your brain. And all will be good.
