I tried to take it twice, different pills here, in USA + sleeping pills. As result I got only upset stomach, nothing more. Maybe I have strange insides but American medicine for this purpose has another influence for me
As for cramps and muscle's pain the fish oil is good for me and my husband, 2 capsules per day
