Liudmila , Some EE women want to look at their best for a first date.And as a male , to be honest , her appearance may have an impact on my opinion about her. If she is also nice and friendly , both in the conversation and in the interaction , she may get a big score. Is that not what it's about , when opposite sexes will meet ?? Even when there is a certain event in the family - like a wedding - friends and relatives will want to look at their best. So , I don't see any harm in it , to look at your best , for some occasions.
