Hi Luis , This is just my personal feeling about this.But first off , I have no knowledge of the correspondence between you two. I also don`t know , if you have had several video chats and phone calls with her. Furthermore you did not say from what country this woman is.So , what I will say is more a bit of general opinion. Let me say , that making plans , to meet after some weeks (how many ?) of correspondence would be ok. But to wait for around 12 months may be a bit too long for this woman. I cannot say , if it is normal , that she is asking you for money (we don`t know from what country she is). The general rule is that you only send money to a person , that you have already met in person. So , I would say , no don`t send money.If she still wants to meet you , then that is fine. But making such a long trip , you may need to have more of a re-assurance , that it may lead to a relation with her. Otherwise it may be a waste of time , energy and money ... But you understand the phrase , yes ??? >>> No pain , no gain !!!
