Bohdan Khmelnytsky -Adolf Hitler - Stepan Bandera (hero of Ukraine to some) have not helped this symbol which was has you rightly say belongs to Norman Slavic Hindu and Buddhist people... oldest one found in Ukraine 12,000 years before it was used by Nazi... it's also seen has a mythical symbol of Odin....still in Eastern Europe it's looked upon differently than England France Germany and Poland and Israel for obvious reasons!!! where we associate the symbol with mass human extermination of Jews Gypsies and polish.... in England a gothic woman in black would get away with it has jewellery especialy if she was into Satan or the Rocky Horror Show! But to others it would make shock and offence.... and no matter how much you spoke of its past history it be seen has manipulation of terror.. I'm not political or religious so to me I'd just think the person to be abit quirky or different and wouldn't judge...
