Baku interesting but like with Tbilisi Baku is one of them interesting city’s that many western men don’t know about. And far for some girls. Kiev or Kharkiv is best option for men because visa free however in my experience unless Ukrainian not all girls would want to go from Russia and some girls think the war is there... Minsk also good idea but Minsk is expensive to get to because Belarus and Ukraine national airlines and Lot go there but allot of western carriers don’t go there yet...
