In Africa, water is brought in bottles and distributed. We, only in Minsk, have a lot of our own water bottling plants, but stop with a canister or bucket. 21st century... Where do we live? The horror! No resl information during 15 hours, the false on TV, they said the water in normal, but nobody from them wants to drink 2 glasses of this water.
