I agree with Yuliya. I was given the same advice about women from these sites. "Tim, if a Slavic woman is interested in you, she WILL find a way to communicate with you." I would think it's the same for (most) men.

I would move on. Do not fall in love with a photo or words or even Skype, save that for a real life meeting. Maybe he has some complicated circumstances that he can't contact you now and will be back, but don't hang your heart on that.
