I can only speak for Americans but Asian looking women are popular and sought after in the USA. There are many, many men that prefer that look and I don't think that's unique only to America. Some people will like you more because of your Asian looks, some will like you less, and some will be indifferent. That could be said about anybody though. I wouldn't worry about it.   All you can do is be yourself and try your best.

For what it's worth, I had the exact same concerns before my first visit to Ukraine and more recently, Moscow.
