😐 no the French does not kiss women hands ( it's a cliche of a lost noble elite ). But for sure French kiss just normally . French are somewhat Latin oriented. True Latin people even have kiss between mens, true mens with true social relation and if true friendships. If we go even more south, Arabic mens, seen macho mens, also kiss other mens and even take their hands. This is human, sane. Childs do it in any society, even crazy adult andbrestrainted ones.
