That's how my fiancée and I met online .... I suggest to using VK or Facebook to contact those interested in learning your language (see pages with titles like "English/Russian" or "Learn English"). Also contact anyone who shares your profession , trades or hobbies.....I assure you that any gentlemen will help you learn English over Skype or any video. The key is to immerse yourself in the new language, so I strongly discourage practicing with anyone who also speaks your language. Good luck.
