Thank you for the info Olga! This is gonna blow my friends mind, hes always been interested in visiting but he's very fearful that he'd be targeted as an obvious minority and has it in his head that it is quite xenophobic. Hearing that Brazilian Mexican and Indian soaps and movies are popular should open his mind to at least considering it. I hope so anyway.  On the flip side it makes me think less of Russians, those telenovelas are awful lol
