I agree with David and Svetlana there seems to be some element of hyperbole and lack of self awareness going on. Somebody who couldn't hold it together for one date was likely not able to hold it together for months upon months of communications. There had to be some willingness to overlook obvious flaws in the hope that the good would outweigh the bad and then reality slapped her across the face metaphorically speaking. I also don't know a woman or man for that matter alive who values themselves that would put up with all of this. I was on a date recently where the girl berated the waitress for no reason, this was our first time out, I went to the waitress immediately apologized, paid the bill tipped her very well, made sure she was okay and spoke to her manager to explain that she did nothing wrong and then left the restaurant leaving the date there without a goodbye. There was no lets see this night progress and see if it will get better...once a person shows you who they are, believe them.
