My two eldest grandchildren were born in USA and can speak only English. My youngest granddaughters were born in Finland. Mother and father are from Ukraine, speak Russian but Daddy is working in South Korea and my daughter with kids often visits him. During this time children speak Korean language. It is surprise for their parents who can't speak Korean. When they come back to Finland children begin to speak three languages: Finnish, Russian and English. The older of my Finnish granddaughters speaks these three languages +Korean language fluently + some Chinese language.
They don't go to school yet. So my question about religion in school. Is it necessary? And why Orthodox? Is this special school? My son-in-law is atheist, my younger daughter belongs to Catholic Church.
