You can have a stable relationship with a western man, particularly italian (peraps divorced, but I do not think he is), only if he let you to stay and live in his country giving you an home or a work ti have a stable visa. Otherwise it's a sexual relationship or a friendness.
In my opinion plain trips are a simple excuses to hide some other relationships. Most italian and spanish men lie!!! Remember.
