Dear Sandip,let me to tell you sthing as well))) Every site of international dating stubournly recomended to their members to NEVER send money to anybody you have just met online . I do believe they have a very strong reasons to recomend it... 

If a woman doesnt have money for travel, a man could ask for her passport details to book and pay her tickets. But to ask monet to pay passport's fee is over my understanding, i'm very close to think its a fake... be carefull !!!
