Wow, that woman has such round and beautiful.......eyes.   Sure, the photos look great but in real life the surgical scars and physical flaws would be visible. In any case, sometimes the plastic surgery is used for a restorative or therapeutic purpose (ex. the previous mastectomy of the breast cancer survivor).
