I agree with you. Scandinavia has the highest taxes in the world and you get what you pay for. I like the way your countrymen accept this. In other countries like Australia, all we do is moan about taxes because we get very little in return for them. I would like to pay higher taxes if we actually got something good in return.
But we also in Australia have to protect from immigration. It is unfortunate that some countries put a minimum on what a man should earn before he can bring a wife into the country, because any stupid idiot drunk druggy Australian man can get married and have ten children and collect government benefits that are equal to the wage of 4 men. I know of women who have four or more children, with no husband who collect enough money to live like a king. It is disgusting.
