Brian, you didn't get my point. Well the embassy usually asks where the person will stay. If a person applies for tourist visa then as a tourist he should stay in a hotel, hostel or maybe rent appartments, if not, she won't get a visa as embassy will think that her purpose of travel is not tourism but marriage if she says she will stop at your place. If she goes on a guest visa then yes, she can stay in your house, in other case not, also for a guest visa she will have to proove that you met in real life before in other case she won't get guest visa as well. So it is clear she won't get a tourist visa if a hotel is not booked. That is why it is clear it is a scam. I am sorry you got so much attached emotionally through internet. Is she very young? How old is she?
