If a person applies for tourist visa then as a tourist he should stay in a hotel, hostel or maybe rent appartments, if not, she won't get a visa as embassy will think that her purpose of travel is not tourism but marriage if she says she will stop at your place. If she goes on a guest visa then yes, she can stay in your house, in other case not, also for a guest visa she will have to proove that you met in real life before in other case she won't get guest visa as well.
