If our governments actually cared about those of us who elected them, they would not slap ''fees'' as all this does is give the governments more money for free. They would instead support the instutition of marriage and help couples succeed and make a life. To show how much they dont care, we all need qualifications for driving, work etc, which are minor things when compared to married or giving birth to a new human being. Any lunatic can have a baby....but no education even.

Because you still live with less and almost no one raises from pauper to millionaire, you still survive so you should make the most of life every day and live only the dreams that are realistic.
I look for a woman for love, I will tell her straight I have no money and why. Only the good woman will remain, the one who like me does not bother for money but for love. Women like this are very rare....as are men.
