That's a very beautiful and meaningful description of love, You would rather be insulted by gifts to earn your love. I must also say that not all men have the same intention when offering money or gifts. Telling them apart is very difficult indeed and this dilemma is probably the source of your post as well. I personally go for a meaningful gift that proves that I pay attention to the lady and know it will make a difference but there are never guarantees and I have to accept that.
