Good afternoon Herman.
I cannot answer you the question of how the Koran is interpreted in different branches of the Muslims... Because I am not a religious scholar, and I do not immerse myself in the study of the Koran as deeply as you might have thought ) In general terms, I will say that there are differences... But in Wikipedia, I think that you will find the answers to your question ( I do this if I interested something ).
I was just surprised by Divan's statements, because they are obviously biased and not objective.
Reading his message, it seemed to me for a minute that he was some kind of provocateur , having nothing to do with Turkish roots and Islam.... Do you understand me ? There is a category of people who are engaged in provocations both in real life and on the Internet.
I have never met Turks who are ashamed of their nationality....really . Moreover, I will say that they are proud of their origin, and the flags of the country are visible in almost every third window of residential home buildings. This is how they like to express their nationality.
And what I read from Divan, it seemed to me that it was written either by a child, or not by a Turk at all.
