Пани Юлия, unfortunately there are no new Polish films based on novels written by Henryk Sienkiewicz except film from 2001 - "W pustyni i w puszczy" which was written for young readers

"Pan Wołodyjowski" (Пан Володыёвский) is the last part of Sienkiewicz trilogy (Огнём и мечом, Потоп, Пан Володыёвский) but this is old film from 1968 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMZ2y9iLfkw
