Spain has a very high un-emplyoment rate in the European Union. All countries south and south/west of Germany are mostly members of the European Union but economical very weak. A possible relationship with a man from such country (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy) I would not recommend. Men there are known as "Macho", meaning they are not very faithful but can be very romantic in the beginning.
