Hello Valentina. I did live in the US for a long time and returned to Germany 3 month ago. I did also talk with some Russian woman over in the US married to an American or also to a Russian man living in the US. I think you always could visit the USA with a normal tourist Visa (up to 3 month). American man can be trustfully but make sure he has a job and is social secure. Social Security, health insurance, medical care is a nightmare in the USA and very expensive if you have no job or health insurance. Economy and jobs in the US is a disaster! So make sure your partner has a good job. If you want to find a job in the USA it is important to learn english before you get in. The US is not the land of opportunities anymore. Good luck.
