But here, too, there are difficulties. It is necessary to rent an apartment with a constant personal presence. At a distance, and even more so at long distances, you can not get money from the tenant, and in addition, the condition of the apartment can deteriorate much due to the dishonesty of the tenants. And all the money from the rent can be spent on new repairs. In Russia they say: "The game is not worth the candle."
