Thank you for your story Salvador. If possible, can you remember offhand how many men are in leadership positions in your organization, and how many women? And one more question. Did your colleague, who reached the position of manager and high income, have children before, during her studies and career path, or after she has already achieved all this?

I ask you about the time of the birth of your colleague's children to clarify whether it is easy to study, work, and achieve career heights with small children in your arms. Or, if your colleague gave birth to children after career achievements, and this, I think, happens by the age of 40, maybe by the age of 30, this is individual. so, even, here, under your post, there was a comment that by the age of 40 and later than 40 there is a risk of either not having children at all, or having children with pathology. That is, a woman can have a counter in her head, and she constantly thinks about how to do have time to do everything, and a career, and give birth and raise children. And when a person has constant anxiety in his head, then his health does not move for the better. This is one option. And the other, if a woman with two small children studied, worked and went to career heights, can you understand that in this situation it is a hundred times more difficult to do this than when a man, having a reliable rear in the form of a family and wife, does the same thing, but at the same time the man is not distracted by routine household chores?
