Do you know, Billy, how many times this girls spend to have of second photo result? if we talk about year in fitness room - super. We can talk about healthy.
BUT!
i know many alternative method, not very healthy
- do not eat (hi anorexia 😉 )- i know about what i say. i'm girl, which losted 2,5 size some years ago. i was felt myself not cool, i was felt myself shitty
- eat pharmacological agents (uppercut to the kidneys and liver)- my trainer forbade even touching this "filth". most of these drugs illegal in Russia, distribution carries criminal liability.
- fat burning drugs (medicines contained highly toxic and poisonous substances, The list is long on several sheets of A4 paper) - distribution in Russia is illegal and carries criminal liability
- liposuction, plastic surgery - about side effects i can write a very long time
- corrective underwear & photoshop (the least hazardous to health   )

P.S. Billy, women, which haven't enough body fat will never be able to become pregnant and have a baby. Mother Nature doesn't interesting human standards of beauty
