It is sad but certainly true that scammers are trying to infiltrate this website.
Some groups are particularly active, so here comes some good and useful advice:
1) Keep your email to yourself. Scammers do NOT even look at your profile, but want contact details ASAP. Report those to the admins. They're doing a really good job to kick them. EVERYBODY (men or women) who is serious looks at your profile before even suggesting exchanging contact details.
2) money issues: wait until you know the person well enough to discuss financial matters! Asking or offering money in the first chat is blanpkpoint crazy.
