I was just asking a woman on the sight about her dreams for her future. The question was: What do you dream about for your future? Job, family, friends, your daughter.
Her answer was: I do not dream, I just live. I now live and enjoy life, life is very short. Usually my dreams did not come true before.
That answer was very disheartening for me.
How do you respond to that?
How do you live in the moment with no dreams or desires for the future for yourself or your child. Dreams and desires are what keep us moving forward. They give us something to work toward, plain for, set goals to be able to achieve. With out that forward movement or desire to move forward you are either standing still or falling backwards.
Any advice?
