Furnish everything but the kitchen sink. For Example they want a "Medical insurance coverage letter." Note the bad English. The impression I have after reading this and others is forget Russia. Now Ukraine is different. No visa for Americans or Canadians as well as a lot of other countries. No visa at all. No visa for Russians. Now for me, I am going to Ukraine and ask my friend to meet me there. Visas are a medieval tradition. Not necessary. Why should I pay money to spend money.
