Single Foreigner is able to buy land and home at Russia?

Hello !!! I am planning my next life as to move to Russia, near of Moscow. I have plans to buy land -Aviator land place- and buy a new home as this one КАНАДЕЦ 39.5 x 15.5198.90 м2 prices for me are possible to pay in cash, but the main question is as me as a mexican citizen may I be able to buy land and home there under the immigration rules of Russian Federation? Also I will need a brooker as to transfer the money with all the security as to prevent frauds. What can be recommended??? I move my myself there, as single man. Maybe my next life partner has not been noticed yet about me 😉 P.D. Another question, is it possible to buy land with a co propietary - My dearest business partner with russian nationality- ??? as we plan to build our homes near of each other.
