Women please stop judging men age

Hello Everyone,
My name is Jeff. I'm not a stranger on this site, i have been for nearly 3 years. My problem on this site is for the older women on here that are 30 to 39 years old. Why is it that when a guy that is around 30 years old can't have a chance with an older women that is 35 years old or 39? Why do women on the site make age a big deal??? What ever happen to judging a person's character than age?? I get really tired of women sending good luck this good luck that, it's very annoying. I know it's their preference but never judge a person's age because age is just a number, it's not like 30 is a teenager. Women please stop judging men age because it's nothing, it's just a number. What's important is the man character not a silly number.
