Women asking for advises to other women for men

I see here a lot of women asking for advises about a men to other women. Let me understand! Why?? It's not useful for me to ask for an advise about a western man to an eastern woman. 1) She is a woman with a woman mentality 2) Often she does not know western life and persons! What do you think about? If you want to know an opinion about a man, ask for a man, not for a woman!!
